On the morning of January 25, 2022, more than 300 people from the Hongli Auto Parts Group attended the commendation conference. The conference was chaired by Xiao Xuebing, the head of the Group's Human Resources Center. At the meeting, Ms. Xiao Hong, the director of the Group's Finance Center, made an annual work report on behalf of the Group. Mr. Xiao summarized the achievements made in the past year, especially in the context of the impact on the chip market, where all parties have withstood pressure and made steady progress, maximizing their work tasks, especially in the development of new products and the intelligent transformation of equipment, achieving gratifying results. However, there are also shortcomings, such as the separation of project implementation and planning, and the frequent occurrence of industrial accidents in some factories. Mr. Xiao encouraged all parties to summarize the gains and losses on the basis of 2021 and create a new pattern for the future.
