To enhance organizational cohesion and continuously expand the party membership, infusing fresh blood into the party organization. On February 24, 2023, on the occasion of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Zhejiang Hongli Auto Part Co., Ltd. The party branch held a general meeting of all party members to discuss the transfer of Cao Xinyu as a reserve member in accordance with the procedures.

At the meeting, Comrade Cao Xinyu read out the "Application for Promotion" with excitement and reported on personal matters to the branch party members with a sincere attitude, deeply introducing his understanding of the party, motivation for joining the party, and expressing his desire, attitude, and determination to join the Communist Party of China. Subsequently, two party members introduced their training on Cao Xinyu. The deputy secretary of the branch reported on the review opinion of the branch on accepting Cao Xinyu as a probationary party member. All party members conducted in-depth discussions on the ideological status and real performance of the comrade, and put forward opinions and suggestions on accepting him as a Communist Party member. Finally, the meeting adopted a secret ballot vote and unanimously approved the acceptance of Cao Xinyu as a full-fledged member of the Communist Party.

The following is an interview with Comrade Cao Xinyu:

Q: What is your motivation for joining the Communist Party?

A: Being able to proudly join the Communist Party has always been my dream and my goal in my work and studies. My motivation for joining the party is to better serve the people and do my utmost for the country. In fact, this was not formed overnight, but gradually realized in my many years of life, study, and reflection. I gradually understand that the Communist Party of China is the vanguard of the Chinese working class, a loyal representative of the interests of all ethnic groups in China, and the core of leadership for China's socialist cause.

Q: Do you think that being a party member after working has any help on your work or is there any difference with other colleagues?

A: In my personal opinion, regarding the help of party membership on work, it is mostly in terms of ideology. In terms of ideology, I have always maintained a high degree of consistency with the Party Central Committee in terms of thought, line, principles, and policies, and have always used the party's ideology to arm my mind and use it to guide my behavior and measure my work and thoughts. For the education cause of the Party and the people, I am dedicated and unremitting, making constant progress towards building a socialist modernization powerhouse. As a Communist Party member, I have always upheld keeping up with the times and continuously explored and innovated. I firmly comply with the requirements of the times, update myself, improve myself, always maintain a clear mind, and demand myself with strict discipline. In my job position, I can use the employee's professional ethics to strictly demand myself, love my job, fulfill my responsibilities, forge ahead with enthusiasm, measure company interests from a overall perspective, and strive to achieve extraordinary results in my job position.

In addition, in June 12th, Huaju Company Hong Jianyuan was accepted as a probationary Communist Party member. More and more young comrades are rallying around the party organization. Developing new party members has injected fresh blood into the development of the party branch, expanded the party membership team, and further promoted the development process of the Party Branch of Hongli Auto Part Co., Ltd..
