In order to better assist in talent cultivation and strengthen the construction of internal trainer teams, the Group's Human Resources Center organized a kick-off meeting for the "Show Skills Level, Show Trainer Style!" All-round Lecturer Training Camp on the afternoon of May 23.
31 lecturers, trainees, Zhang Xuliang, the group's HR director, and Wan Xiaoping, the head of the organizational development department, participated in the launch meeting. The on-site program included four agenda items: project planning introduction, class committee election, leader's speech, and photo taking.
At the meeting, the team of internal trainers was selected based on the recommendations of all the trainees, including one monitor, two study committee members, and four group leaders.
Zhang Xuliang, the HR Director, made a speech at the opening ceremony.
Zhang Xuliang first expressed his gratitude to everyone for their enthusiastic enrollment. He believed that the role of an internal trainer is to light up oneself and illuminate others. He hoped that the trainees would be brave to share, be willing to share, achieve mutual success and grow together. Zhang Xuliang used simple language to make everyone clear about the purpose and significance of establishing an internal trainer learning class. He hoped that everyone would focus on the needs in the later course development, so that this training would produce value!
After the launching ceremony, the first class committee meeting was held under the auspices of the head teacher Zhang Xuliang. At the meeting, the training program was explained in detail, and clear instructions were given for the next step of the project.
